QA Process

When you have completed the integration, we'll perform comprehensive user-facing and technical testing to give everyone complete confidence in the solution. We'll give you detailed feedback throughout this process so you can update the integration as required. Before entering the QA process, you'll need to ensure that all of the items in the Integration Checklist have been implemented.

Getting Ready for QA

There are 3 ways in which you can give us access to a production-ready version of your EPoS:

Virtual Machine

We can set up a virtual machine on our systems and provide Teamviewer details to allow you to install your EPoS. This is normally set up with Windows 10 but can also be created with another operating system of your choice.


If your EPoS is web-based, then you can provide us with an URL to an instance that we can use for testing.


Finally, if your EPoS is built as an Android/iOS app, then you can give us access to a build which we can install on one of our tablets.

Submitting to QA

Please get in touch with your Partnership Development Manager when you're ready to begin QA, and if none of the above options work for you, they'll be able to help arrange something more convenient.
